arch girder bridge at Ramu
Details
The spectacular Arch Girder Bridge constructed at 407m chainage on the much awaited Chainda Rajarkul road has been opened for public traffic. Under the Elajed Program for Supporting Rural Bridge (SupRB/Cox/Replace/20-21/W-23) project under the overall guidance of Executive Engineer LGED Coxbazar Mr., under the supervision of Upazila Engineer LGED Ramu Mr. LGED was implemented by Ramu. The spectacular arch girder bridge will ease the daily commute and vehicular movement of thousands of people of Rajarkool and South Mithachari Union. Besides, apart from the said union, the benefits of import and export of agricultural products in the surrounding villages will increase manifold. Mam Construction Sams Engineering JV was appointed as the contractor for the bridge.
